Calacon developed originally from a single idea which was to offer companies professional consulting and be their service-provider in the field of Finance and Administration.

When setting up the consulting and Service-Provider Agency Calacon Ltd in June 2004, the initial focus was on the analysis of current in-house processes and the outsourcing of payroll and accounting services. Then CALACON was faced with the perspective of acquiring new customers from the IT-Services where interest was increasing.

Since mid 2006, the services-portfolio on offer have been extended to HR-Management, Personnel leasing, IT-Consulting and Interim Management. Presently the development process has been implemented and realised in the 3 fields : Finance and Administration, The professional Company consulting and Personnel Management.
